Production & Delivery Policy

At ASSIIE, every piece is carefully crafted to order with meticulous attention to detail. Our products are not mass-produced; they are individually manufactured according to each client’s selected specifications. This policy explains our production timelines and delivery process to ensure full transparency and clarity.

Made-to-Order Production

All ASSIIE products are custom-made upon order confirmation, based on the customer’s selected options, including but not limited to:

  • Wood type
  • Fabric and upholstery
  • Finish and detailing

Production begins only after payment is successfully completed.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and the handcrafted processes involved, each order requires dedicated production time.

Production Timeline

  • The standard production period for ASSIIE products is up to 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
  • This timeframe reflects the craftsmanship, material preparation, and quality control required to produce each piece to our standards.
  • Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on:
    • Product complexity
    • Level of customization
    • Availability of selected materials

ASSIIE shall not be held responsible for minor delays that occur as part of the natural production process of custom-made furniture.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Shipping is arranged after production is completed.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and courier operations.
  • Estimated delivery timelines provided at checkout are approximate and may be affected by:
    • Logistics provider schedules
    • Customs clearance for international shipments
    • Public holidays or unforeseen operational delays

Delays Beyond Our Control

ASSIIE shall not be liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Shipping or courier delays
  • Customs or regulatory procedures
  • Natural events or governmental actions

In such cases, ASSIIE will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer of any significant delay.

Order Cancellation

As ASSIIE products are manufactured specifically upon the customer’s request, orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to production or delivery timelines once production has commenced, except as required under applicable Saudi laws.

Compliance with Saudi Regulations

This policy is established in accordance with the E-Commerce Law and Consumer Protection regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Nothing in this policy affects the customer’s statutory rights in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity with the agreed specifications.

By placing an order with ASSIIE, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The product is custom-made
  • Production and delivery require time
  • Estimated timelines are not fixed delivery guarantees

Return and Refund Policy

At ASSIIE, we are committed to delivering carefully crafted products of exceptional quality and to providing a reliable online shopping experience. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, which are made to order, we kindly ask you to review the Return and Refund Policy outlined below.

Return Policy

As all ASSIIE products are made to order based on the customer’s selected specifications (including wood type, fabric, and finish), custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping.

  • If a product is received defective, damaged, or not in accordance with the order, the customer must submit a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • ASSIIE may request supporting photographs of the product before approving any return request.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, unaltered, and uninstalled.
  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error by ASSIIE or shipping damage.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or installed are not eligible for return.

Note: ASSIIE operates exclusively online and does not offer returns through physical showrooms.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, ASSIIE will initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days from the date the returned product is received.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • ASSIIE reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
  • In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping damage, ASSIIE may offer:
    • A replacement product, or
    • A full refund, including delivery charges.

Terms and Conditions

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
  • Original proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
  • ASSIIE does not currently offer product exchanges; approved returns require placing a new order.
  • Orders delivered outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may require additional time for return or collection procedures.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for the following:

  • Special orders and custom-made products
  • Fabrics and materials selected for customization
  • Products that have been used, altered, or installed
  • Products that have been modified or washed

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of checkout via the website.
  • All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes.
  • Orders are confirmed and production begins only after successful payment completion.
